- Nominations period: from October 4 to October 14
- Announcement of elections and nominees: October 15
- Voting period: from October 15 to October 25
- Announcement of elections results: scheduled for October 26, we delayed it until the AGM
- JALT Fukuoka Chapter Annual General Meeting October 28 (6 PM via Zoom; all chapter members received an email with the Zoom link).
